Product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery to an Authorized SCI Service Center.

Returns for refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

* Return is shipped within 15 days of delivery date.
* Returned product is in new unused condition with all included items and packaging
* Customer has called and received an RMA number prior to shipping
* Product is repackaged properly for damage free shipping
* A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
* Customer will pay all freight charges.

*Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for its full retail value. This guarantee applies only to retail consumer purchaser (users) and does not apply to independent agents or any person who has purchased product for resale. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for refund processing.

  Sewer Camera will arrive approximately 10-15 business days after payment has been made.(International does not apply) It will ship via LTL. Tracking will be provided once available. • Warranty is effective on date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturer defects parts & labor.
• The warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges incurred.
